Meet Marianne, Founder & Designer of MARIHOVA.

Born in Yerevan, Armenia, Marianne grew up surrounded by fine jewelry. As the daughter of an Armenian jeweler, she developed an appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design at an early age.

Marianne and her family migrated to Los Angeles, California in 1995. After settling in Los Angeles, her father opened his own jewelry store, where Marianne's appreciation for fine craftsmanship continued to grow.

After graduating from high school, Marianne pursued a career as a hairstylist, where she spent over a decade refining her eye for beauty, detail, and personal style.

After nearly three decades in the jewelry industry, Marianne's father retired and closed his jewelry store. Around the same time, the pandemic brought the beauty industry to a halt, leaving her at a crossroads. Rather than seeing it as the end of one chapter, she embraced it as the beginning of another. Inspired by her lifelong passion for jewelry and the craftsmanship she grew up around, Marianne founded MARIHOVA - a brand dedicated to timeless, handcrafted pieces designed to be worn every day and treasured for years.

Every MARIHOVA piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by Marianne, from design to assembly. Whether creating a custom design or an everyday staple, her goal is to craft jewelry that celebrates individuality, tells a story, and becomes part of life's most meaningful moments.
